Jo Rasmussen managed, trained and coached members of the “Fitness International Singapore.” Rasmussen moved here in 1987 and taught and trained people in health clubs around the area from 1987 to 1993 before opening Fitness Works. She has been a motivator and trainer for more than 25 years.
